On Sunday July 4th we will resume worship in the building! After 75 Sundays of being online, we are excited to be entering this new phase of worship. While we carefully attend to reopening plans we will be maintaining a few precautious to facilitate our worship together:
- We will be asking folks to mask during worship. With the presence of kids in our worship space, we are mindful that we are not ALL fully vaccinated. We also intend to be singing during worship and to help minimize the spread, masking while singing is a safer alternative.
- Communion will be done in your seat. As you enter the worship space you will receive pre-packaged communion elements of a wafer and grape juice. We also have gluten free varieties for those who will need them.
- We will encourage folks to minimize contact so the passing of the offering plate and the “peace” will look a little different.
- We will be introducing back much of our service music that has been missing from our worship over the last year.
- We will try to open windows and doors as much as we can to add as much fresh air as we can into the sanctuary.
- Hand sanitizers will be available at all the entrance doors
- We will be suspending the fellowship hour after worship but hopefully if the weather is nice folks can dismiss to outdoors and mingle in the front of the church.
- The Nursery room will be open, but only for essential things.
