Easter Eggs

The Easter Egg Industry is under way for its 98th year of production.  The downstairs has been set-up and the production of the Easter Eggs has already begun.  This tradition is so long-running that many in the community know   St. Mark’s as the Easter Egg church.  The work schedule is listed below:

Mondays: Fondant from 6:30 – 9:00pm

Wednesdays: Coating from 6:30 – 9:00pm

Fridays: Packing from 9:00 – 10:30am

You need not make a full-time, long term commitment; come when you can.

This year we will hold mini-lessons before getting started so everyone can learn the process from fondant to packing.

The making of the Easter Eggs will run until March 18th.  Order forms are now available in the back of the church.

Orders placed before March 1st will be guaranteed; after the 1st, orders will be filled first come, first served.
